Lomaruokailua….

Lyhyella lomalla on kiva vahan relata niin fyysisesti kuin ruokailujenkin suhteen! Jos tekee mieli jalkkaria, niin syon sen hyvalla omalla tunnolla tai juon vaikka lasin viinia ruun kanssa :) Silloin kun arkiruuat kotona noudattavat terveellista linjaa, niin lomalla on sitten kiva relata ja syoda sita mita juuri silla hetkella tekee mieli. 

Ma kylla ihan oikeastikin tykkaan salaateista, kasviksista, kalasta, smootheista jne. eli lomasyominen ei mitaan radikaalia off kaannetta aikaan saakkaan. Lomalla on kiva testailla uusia ruokia, joista saa vinkkeja sitten kotikokkailuunkin! Terveellinen ruokaa saa ja pitaakin maistua hyvalle :) Laivalla soin esimerkiksi todella hyvaa talvikurpitsa/feta/basilicasalaattia ja hotellin rapu/avocadosalaatti oli ihanan raikasta! Kotona teen tosi vahan rapuja tai merenelavia ylipaataan… pitaisi alkaa tehda useammin!

At the short break, it’s nice to relax physical as well eating! If I fancy a dessert or a class of wine with the food, I will have it without feeling quilty! When you follow a healthy diet at home, you can easily relax while on holiday! :) 

But I have to say, that I really enjoy eating salads, veggies, fish and smoothies any way. And I find myself ordering salads etc. all the time so holiday eating doesn’t really change a lot! On holidays, I like to try new dishes, which inspires me on home cooking too! Like on the cruise, I had a super yummy winter pumpkin/ feta/ basilic salad, and at the hotel I had a really fresh shrimp/avocado salad! I should cook more sea food at home…
